About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Interior Landscaping Professional to join our team at Ambius, part of Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and replacing interior landscapes at our customer locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for horticulture and providing exceptional customer service. You will work independently in the field, managing your time efficiently and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and replace interior landscapes according to client specifications and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including watering, pruning, cleaning, and fertilizing.
- Load and unload plants from the service vehicle while ensuring safe delivery to customer locations.
- Install and remove plants following job specifications and client policies.
- Address plant health issues and client concerns to enhance work environments.
- Complete service reports to document services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
- Full NZ driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal record.
- Excellent customer service skills to build upon client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Comfortable working on ladders and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
