We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our In-Patient Unit team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic care to patients and their families">
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes">
  • Provide education and support to patients, families and carers">
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' nursing experience, preferably in palliative care">
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • The ability to work 24/7 rostered shifts">
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development">
