**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Negotiator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Motor Claims portfolio, you will be responsible for managing claims, negotiating with customers, and ensuring timely resolutions. Your expertise in claims processes and motor insurance products will be highly valued in this role.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage a portfolio of insurance claims, prioritizing tasks to meet timeframes and delivering general technical assistance and advice in regards applications to insurance law.
  • Analyze and report risk and compliance-related concerns, issues, and failures, escalating them when necessary.
  • Delve into strategies to reduce/mitigate claims costs and implement effective solutions.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of one year's experience in the insurance industry, preferably in claims handling or negotiation.
  • Proven knowledge of claims processes, motor or motorcycle insurance products, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-level interpersonal and analytical skills, along with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and confidence in negotiations.
