We are looking for a Stock Controller to maintain accurate inventory records and work closely with various teams to achieve key objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment. They will possess high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience using Inventory Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough reports and accurate inventory results with recommendations.
  • Monthly reconciliation of physical inventory counts to system records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Coordinate and oversee the Goods Returned Documentation process.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures including external audit.

As a Stock Controller, you will report into the Financial Controller and provide support to the wider Finance Team. The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits, including staff discounts and social events.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Similar experience in stock administration.
  • Retail environment experience (desirable).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Inventory Management System experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
