Eye Care Specialist

As an Eye Care Specialist with OPSM, you will be working with world-class technology to provide exceptional eye care services to customers. Your expertise will be invaluable in recommending lens solutions based on customer lifestyles, and communicating the features and benefits of lens products to customers.
Responsibilities
• Perform eye examinations for a range of customers, including children, contact lens wearers, and those requiring therapeutic care.
• Confidently recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles and provide tailored customer service.
• Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the usage and recommendation of technology to customers.
• Work with Store Managers and Managing Optometrists to maximize Eyecare revenue, including technology, Optometry labour efficiencies, and Medicare billing.
