The Role
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team based in Ashburton. As Executive Assistant, you will provide critical administrative support to our four-member Executive Management Team (EMT), ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling communications for the CEO and EMT. You'll also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, organising documents, and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or administration role
- Strong calendar management and meeting coordination skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and anticipate needs
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
