Our purpose-built cool store and distribution hub are strategically located in the Waikato region, offering easy access to Auckland, Tauranga, and Hamilton.

We aim to deliver primary production excellence through continuous exploration of export market opportunities.

This position is an integral part of our leadership team, focused on managing the efficiencies of both fleet and operations.

You will lead and mentor a team of drivers and support personnel, ensuring their performance, training, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

You will also develop and implement strategies to continuously optimise fleet performance and resource utilisation, including commercial partnerships with external freight operators.

In collaboration with the wider business functions, you will streamline processes and ensure effective communication and coordination.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in transport management, business administration, or equivalent experience.

A Class 5 licence (truck and trailer) and F endorsement are preferred.

Proven fleet operations management skills, excellent leadership abilities, and sound knowledge of transportation regulations are essential for this role.
