About the Role
We are seeking qualified Personal Care Assistants to join our team at St Hedwig Village in Blacktown. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with personal care, supporting day-to-day tasks, and working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care activities such as showering and dressing
* Support residents with day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
* Work collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are implemented
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and home-like environment
* Provide exceptional service to families and the community

Requirements
* A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Understanding of workplace health and safety principles
