The Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Ross Home. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an aged care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
