About the Job
As a Change Initiatives Manager, you will take the lead on driving change management strategies across various projects. From system upgrades to people-focused initiatives, you'll be at the heart of ensuring successful transitions. You will need to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple change initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key responsibilities include designing, planning, and implementing change management strategies, leading and managing change activities, and developing success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager who has 5+ years of experience in change management. A relevant qualification, such as ADKAR or equivalent, is essential. You should have strong communication and influencing skills, as well as experience in a range of industries, including finance, technology, or healthcare. Ideally, you will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a strategic, adaptable approach.
