Mercy Hospice is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Coordinator to join our fundraising team, responsible for maintaining our annual grants calendar, researching new funding opportunities, and working with staff to determine funding requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in grant management software or CRM systems, excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with relevant individuals and groups.

Key responsibilities of the role include research and prospecting, proposal writing and submission, donor stewardship and relationship management, grant management and compliance, planning and reporting, collaboration and coordination, and administrative duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years' experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting in the context of grant management.
