MINDS is a leading organisation in the field of social work management. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Manager to lead our Disability Case Management Program.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in strategic implementation, resource management, and collaboration. He/She should be qualified and trained to monitor and manage organisational initiatives, develop professional development programs, and initiate professional relationships across agencies.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of programmes and services for the team or centre, conduct needs and intake assessments for complex cases, formulate and implement casework intervention plans, and develop workplans for the team or centre.

He/She should have minimum 5 years of experience in Social Work practice, minimum 2 years of experience in Social Work supervision, and minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or management. Accreditation as Registered Social Worker (RSW) by SWAAB is preferred.
