**Clinical Nurse Educator Job Summary**

Kensington Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Operating Theatre team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for promoting a supportive learning environment and championing a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and experience in mentoring and clinical teaching. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Coordinator and the Theatre team to support the professional development of nursing staff, students, and new graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive and collaborative working environment within the operating theatres.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support the professional development of nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with theatre managers and coordinators to identify learning opportunities and develop competency across the theatre teams.
  • Monitor and uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operating Theatres.
  • Experience across all key specialties including Orthopedics, General, Gynae, and ENT.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in the theatre environment.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and clinical teaching.
