Job Overview
The Chief Nursing Officer at Haroaroks' Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to patients. This individual collaborates with various teams to ensure that residents receive comprehensive support, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within the nursing department
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and quality care standards
- Ensure effective allocation of nursing resources to meet changing census and acuity levels
- Role-model exceptional customer service and a commitment to patient safety

Requirements
- Active RN licensure
- Certification in CPR and de-escalation/restraint techniques (training provided)
- BSN degree from an accredited institution; MSN preferred
- Proven experience in inpatient settings, preferably in free-standing facilities
- Minimum 6 years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in progressive management roles
- Desirable: 3+ years of behavioral health experience
