Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including processing Business Visa transactions and booking meeting rooms.
  • Liaise with external parties and organise workshops.
  • Follow up on actions and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in a PA role, with at least 3 years at an executive level.
  • Exceptional organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage urgency and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
