We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Companion Animal Veterinarian to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our veterinary services and working closely with our Practice Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and lead our veterinary team in delivering high-quality medical and surgical services
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and report to senior management as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent, and registration to practice in New Zealand
- Proven experience in small animal practice, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering excellent patient care and driving business success
