**Job Details**: We are seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our team at Platinum Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support across various areas of law, including intellectual property, contracts, corporate governance, employment law, and general business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Provide high-quality and pragmatic legal advice / support across a broad range of matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts across ARL's operations (including employment)
  • Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with New Zealand laws and regulations
  • Manage ARL's VISA / Immigration process for staff travelling around the world
  • Manage ARL's insurances & associated compliance

**Requirements**: Hold a current NZ Practicing Certificate, Proven experience in providing legal advice and support across a broad range of matters, Strong understanding of New Zealand laws and regulations, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Able to work collaboratively with senior management and business teams.
