Client Experience Champion

Job Description:
As a Client Experience Champion, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience at Aon. You will be responsible for leading initiatives to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, while driving revenue growth across sales and service channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client service offerings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and satisfaction
- Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement
About You:
We are seeking a strong relationship manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Technical understanding of general insurance is beneficial but not essential. We are looking for someone who is a strong leader and motivator, with a track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
