Paragon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Programme Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electricity distribution, contracts, procurement, and stores management.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of purchase requisitions and goods receipt invoices in SAP
  • Collaborating with the Works Integration team and client representatives
  • Developing and rolling out new tender and contract documentation
  • Evaluating tenders and preparing feedback

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and reporting monthly tender and offer data
  • Analyzing work hours annually with other departments
  • Maintaining the operational programme delivery dashboard
  • Updating Contract Job sheets and the Contract Management manual

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in an electricity distribution business or similar environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
