  1. Maine licensed, board certified, in a primary care specialty
  2. Knowledge, experience, and active support for rural community-oriented primary care
  3. Experience working with Boards of Directors and ability to work effectively with other medical professionals and the general public
  4. Strong commitment to mid-level practitioners and the mission and values of the hospital
  5. Valid State of Maine Driver's license and ability to be insured by the hospital's vehicle insurance carrier
