- Knowledge, experience, and active support for rural community-oriented primary care

- Strong commitment to mid-level practitioners and the mission and values of the hospital
- Valid State of Maine Driver's license and ability to be insured by the hospital's vehicle insurance carrier
- KVHC pays 80% of the Health Insurance Premium for employee and 50% for dependent coverage
- Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and dental benefit for employee and family at no cost after 90 days of employment
