About the Job

This position of Digital & CRM Manager – maternity cover will play a critical role in enabling a best-in-class digital experience and flawless digital campaign launches for the Dulux NZ Marketing team. You will work closely with our Digital & Data team, Brand Managers, Retail and Trade teams to implement best practices for website management, CRM, and data optimisation.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves working with various stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of best practices for website management, CRM, and data optimisation. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of social media, content, partnerships, paid and organic search, and email marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with Microsoft Project for Web or similar tools.
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, including senior leaders and the marketing team.
  • Good project management skills, including experience with CRM packages and website hosting platforms, such as HubSpot, Contentful, and Umbraco.
  • Basic understanding of data and privacy laws, as well as experience working within a marketing team.
  • Experience with social media content creation and community management, as well as contracting experience or having run their own business in the digital space.
