We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Minor Capital Works projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of these projects, from planning to successful completion.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our campus and make a lasting impact on our community. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders, including technical experts, end-users, and project teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while liaising with various stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects stay within scope, meet financial targets, and follow procurement rules
  • Leading project teams, managing risks, resolving issues, and delivering results
  • Developing detailed project plans, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate reporting

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in construction or capital works
  • Knowledge of industry-standard contracts (NZS3910, CCCS)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
