Parcel Operations Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our processing team as a Parcel Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient sorting, consolidating, and dispatching of parcels and freight at our George Bellew Road branch. If you have a passion for logistics and customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including recording and tracking parcel movements
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Forklift experience required
- Minimum of restricted driver's license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs
- Attention to detail and geographical knowledge
