We've developed a strong presence in the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) markets of liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), and LNG, catering to customers ranging from animal husbandry to hi-tech research institutions, manufacturing, and defence.

The Role
- We're seeking a Senior or hands-on Team Lead to guide more junior electrical engineers and contractors.
- This role is suitable for a Senior interested in leadership or an experienced Senior/Lead who has experience mentoring or leading a small team.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team delivering impactful projects in gas production, liquefaction, storage, and delivery.
- You'll have the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions for world-leading projects, including hydrogen refueling stations and liquefiers.
- You'll help develop best practice systems and processes, driving a continuous improvement culture.
- You'll provide technical expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting support to resolve complex engineering problems.
- You'll ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing processes.
- You'll mentor and guide other engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent (Electrical/Mechatronics).
- Experience with designing control systems, instrumentation, and three-phase power systems.
- Experience integrating industrial equipment with external processes.
- Experience with creating electrical drawings, such as SLDs, interconnection & loop diagrams, and cabinet layouts.
- Design of PLC controlled equipment from I/O list to FAT.
- Exposure to Electrolysers, Air Separation Units, petroleum industry, or industrial automation would be beneficial.
- Any product certification processes to international standards would be beneficial.
