Job Overview:
As a Manufacturing Associate II at Alfa Laval Corporate Ab, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for executing daily work assignments, maintaining a high level of safety and quality, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Use PPE as required by the process
- Execute daily work assignments from the Team Leader/Team Manager
- Monitor and report any deviations in safety, quality, or production to the Status Boards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace through daily and weekly 5S routines
- Participate in cross-training and identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred
- Certifications in crane and forklift operation are a plus
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including drawings and blueprints
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software
