Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician III will work closely with various technologies to ensure seamless operations.

About the Role

This position involves working with medium to large-scale filtration systems, chromatographic systems, and other equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Medium to large-scale filtration systems including Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Hollow Fiber Tangential Flow Filtration (HFTFF), Nanofiltration, and depth filtration.
  • System Maintenance: Chromatographic systems (ÄKTA) and pre-packed columns from 1L to 100L.
  • Cleaning and Sanitization: Daily cleaning and sanitization of laboratory and manufacturing areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or other related field.
  • Experience: One year of relevant manufacturing experience in GMP or regulated industry.
