**Responsibilities**

  • Manage targets and sales figures
  • Create and build a clientele as a trusted Fragrance Advisor
  • Recommend fragrances based on product knowledge and customer preferences
  • Motivate, mentor, and lead a team
  • Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives
  • Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels, visual, and merchandise presentations

**Requirements**

  • Superior selling skills with proven experience meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs

  • Experience managing a small team is an advantage
