Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Trade Counter and Warehouse teams
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors and enhance customer service
  • Build strong relationships with trade customers and generate new customer leads
  • Manage the day-to-day health and safety for the branch and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve our goal of delivering 'Fasteners Fast' services to our trade counter customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High-level knowledge of fasteners, the NZ fastener industry and international fastener procurement
  • Proven people leadership experience and skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Good computer skills
