About the Role:
As a Cloud Operations Expert, you will play a critical part in delivering Microsoft's online services infrastructure, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Your responsibilities will include deploying hardware, troubleshooting issues, and performing diagnostics following standard procedures. This role requires strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and components.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology. You should also have basic knowledge of computer hardware and components. In addition, you should be able to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements, which include a background check and specialized security screenings.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing post-execution quality checks, decommissioning hardware for simple changes and refreshes, and communicating with team members to complete challenging tasks. You will also contribute to a positive and effective team environment by sharing information, asking questions, and staying apprised of others' work.
