Responsibilities

  • Use a systematic approach to create, maintain, and close a pipeline of new customer opportunities within a defined list of named accounts.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, working with leadership to develop a GTM strategy and build our non-profit presence in various markets.
  • Provide consultative support to customers to drive scale and success of their missions with Twilio products and solutions.
  • Work jointly with strategic partners to ensure successful customer deployments, both commercially and technically, driving long-term success.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in technology in a revenue-generating role.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally.
  • Sales experience and a track record of personally selling and closing complex technical solutions to enterprises and software companies in excess of $100K.
  • Prior experience working in net new / hunting roles with a large customer territory size 100+ customers.
