Job Description

As a Community Lease Coordinator, you will work closely with our team of Lease Specialists to administer and lease our property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the team inbox, processing landlord approvals, and supporting the delivery of the community leasing work programme.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or business administration superstar with a passion for property or administration
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Systems savvy and experience using SharePoint, Excel, or SAP
  • Ability to travel around the region and hold a clean, full New Zealand driver's license
