Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues using your expertise and knowledge

Deploy new services and ensure seamless integration with existing systems

Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements
  • Proven IT knowledge, including Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Previous experience in phone-based support roles
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
  • Excellent written skills, with attention to detail
  • A willingness to expand your knowledge of general application troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting basic networking issues using utilities on MAC and Windows OS, as well as File Sharing and Permissions
  • Relevant academic qualification and/or relevant work experience
  • Must have the right to work permanently in New Zealand
