Salary
The salary for this role is NZ$185,380 - $267,980 per year, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will receive CME benefits, help with Visa processing, and assistance from in-house Immigration Advisors and MCNZ support.
Job Description
As a leading Consultant Psychiatrist, you will provide critical leadership for our inpatient whaiora team and contribute to policy, procedure, and service development. You will work in our modern adult inpatient mental health unit, Tiaho Mai, and be responsible for promoting teamwork and navigating complex care presentations. Your commitment to equitable health systems and outcomes will drive growth and excellence in our workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand in the scope of Psychiatry and a current APC are essential at commencement of employment.
