We are looking for a talented Renewable Energy Quality Manager to join our team at Stellar Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management within the solar industry and be able to implement robust systems for project success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain industry standards and drive project delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system
  • Ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards through inspections and audits
  • Overseeing testing procedures for solar panels, inverters, and system components
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports on key quality metrics
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to uphold quality expectations and mitigate risks

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in the solar industry or experience on a 50MW+ project
  • Proven background in quality management within the solar industry (modular installation, tracker systems, and alignment expertise beneficial)
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Quality management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) a plus
