About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Child Development Service. As a member of our team, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, intervention, and support services to children with developmental and behavioural concerns. The position is 0.8 FTE and based at Palmerston North Hospital.

About the Team
The Child Development Service is a region-wide service based at Palmerston North Hospital. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who share a commitment to providing high-quality care to children and their families. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other health professionals to deliver comprehensive services that meet the needs of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to children and their families through assessment, consultation, and therapy
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of our clients
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships with community providers and the education sector

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a clear understanding of the needs of children and their families. You will also need to have experience working with a range of community providers and the education sector.
