About the Role

The Rehabilitation Aide will assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians by performing administrative and clinical duties. This role is essential in providing exceptional care to patients and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments, assists physical therapists during administration, and provides routine treatment
  • Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients practicing exercises and functional activities under professional staff direction
  • Cleans work area and equipment after treatment, maintains restrooms, and replenishes supplies
  • Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and managing inventory
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and time management skills required
  • Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
