About The Role

This is a challenging and diverse position, suiting someone who is looking to play a strong support role as part of a close and growing team that is passionate about financial markets and what they do. As a Private Wealth Assistant, you will provide administrative and organisational support to Investment Advisers, acting as a pivotal support function in our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing high-quality administrative support to Investment Advisers
  2. Managing client files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Assisting with client meeting preparation and attendance
  4. Preparing correspondence and other documents for Investment Advisers
  5. Maintaining accurate records and databases

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant work experience within a financial services environment and possess knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in CRM would be beneficial. We are seeking a professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who can offer our clients that all-important first impression of the Craigs brand.
