Role Responsibilities
The Coordinator – Communicable Disease will provide high-quality, timely, one-to-one support to the Group Manager, including dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters. They will also assist with project coordination, product delivery, and other day-to-day tasks to ensure the Health Protection Directorate meets its work programme objectives.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in providing executive support at a leadership level. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in administration and/or coordination roles
- A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification or comparable experience (desired)
- Attention to detail, be well organized, and able to complete tasks on time
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Microsoft Suite
- Experience with office management procedures and awareness of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
