About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in providing executive support at a leadership level. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in administration and/or coordination roles
  • A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification or comparable experience (desired)
  • Attention to detail, be well organized, and able to complete tasks on time
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with office management procedures and awareness of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
