  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health, safety, and wellbeing, as well as proven leadership skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • They will also possess deep knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices, as well as proven risk management experience.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about health, safety, and wellbeing, and has a collaborative approach to leadership. The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our health, safety, and wellbeing strategy.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and wellbeing performance metrics.
