The Job Description
The H&S Critical Systems & Assurance Lead is responsible for providing independent assurance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of Fonterra's critical health and safety systems. You will conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change. Your analytical skills will enable you to simplify complex risk concepts and communicate your findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Your Key Skills
- 7+ years of experience in frontline Health and Safety critical systems management or H&S system design in complex industrial environments
- Proven track record in developing and implementing risk control and assurance frameworks for critical H&S processes
- Advanced understanding of assurance methodologies and their application to critical systems
- Ability to simplify complex risk concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
