Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Analyst to join our team at Motor Trade Finance Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experiences and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs and pain points
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, including process re-engineering and automation
  • Define and document business rules, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years proven success in a business analyst or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and insights and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborative working style, with a commitment to and understanding of human-centred design approaches
