Job Description

As Aotearoa's leading medical alarm provider, our St John Medical Alarm team are passionate about helping seniors, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable members of our community stay independent for longer. Our monitored alarm systems provide peace of mind, ensuring that help is just the push of a button away.

Your Role

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with those who rely on our medical alarms.
  • Demonstrate and install our monitored alarm systems, ensuring customers feel confident using them.
  • Provide top-notch customer care, including servicing and troubleshooting alarm equipment.
  • Promote our services at community events and group demonstrations.
  • Respond promptly to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate assistance.

About You

You don't need prior experience with medical alarms – we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your ability to connect with people and provide outstanding customer support. To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong empathy and personal resilience.
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • A full New Zealand driver licence.
