We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Orthopaedic Business Growth Leader. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and planning within a defined territory by maximizing sales of Smith & Nephew orthopaedic products and brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer advocates for Smith & Nephew product portfolios in assigned territory
- Consult Marketing/Regulatory Affairs Department on field promotional materials
- Review sales data monthly, or as required, to actively performance manage key products and key accounts
- Foster good teamwork, communication and execution across state sales team
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in science or business related discipline
- Experience in Orthopaedic Medical Device Technology
- Extensive Orthopaedic Joint replacement product understanding included ability to plan and execute complex primary and revision surgery
