**Job Title:** Medical Device Support Specialist

**Location:** New Zealand

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled medical device support specialist to join our team in New Zealand. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our field engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Install and maintain databases for warranty management and other purposes.
  • Prepare and issue service quotations to customers.
  • Administer service contracts, including billing and revenue management.
  • Manage service orders, including parts, labor, and contracts.
  • Review customer purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with the district service manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Adequate years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior field experience in medical devices repair or hospital medical equipment management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel functions and pivot table analysis, and Oracle system.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
