Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced health professional to join our team as a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical therapeutic support to clients using the Behavioural Health Consultancy (BHC) model
- Deliver client-led behavioural health services working directly within General Practice
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure quick connection to social and specialist supports
Requirements
- Current New Zealand registration as a health professional (Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a registered field
- Qualifications in CBT, ACT or fACT are an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work at a fast pace with a flexible schedule
