Key Responsibilities

  • Spiritual Leadership - Champion a Christ-centred culture, guiding and supporting staff and students in their faith journey.
  • Faith Formation - Overall leadership of chaplaincy programs, devotions, worship experiences, and Christian education initiatives.
  • Community Engagement - Strengthen partnerships with churches, ministries, and mission organisations.
  • Pastoral Care - Support staff and student wellbeing through a biblical framework.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and theologically grounded Christian leader with a deep personal faith and a commitment to Christian education. The ideal candidate will have experience in pastoral leadership, chaplaincy, or Christian ministry, as well as strong theological knowledge and the ability to integrate faith into education.
