Resident Care Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Resident Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading our care staff, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding resident outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care.
  • Previous experience working in elderly and dementia care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
