Role Type: Full Time, Day shifts on an 8 - 8 basis, on a seven-day rota (33 or 44 hours per week, to be discussed at interview).

Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing care that gives our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know our residents and their families, ensuring we deliver truly personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain the highest standards of care and influence the rest of the team. Tasks may involve assisting with mobility aids, providing end-of-life care, or communicating with families.

One of your key responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant is to maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with your team. Ideally, you'll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent. A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia is preferred. It is essential to possess positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people.
