The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic St Johns Sales team as a Village Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for prospective residents. You will work closely with our Group Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with prospective residents
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales progress and performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and business goals
