Job Description

This role involves managing the delivery of accounting work across the service line. The successful candidate will ensure that team members adhere to required standards and that accounting work is completed on time, to standard, and within agreed deadlines. Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement all relevant client accounting work ensuring effective team workflow.
  • Manage budget and timelines on accounting jobs in progress.
  • Participate in accounting planning meetings.
  • Ensure full implementation of all client accounting work in line with agreed requirements.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure appropriate levels of communication with all clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a key point of contact for nominated clients so as to manage all their accounting compliance & other service requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have ACA/ACCA part-qualified status or equivalent. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of integrity are also essential.
